I don’t taste as much maple in this. It’s a little bland on the pallet but has an Oakey flavor. Just a straight bourbon finish. Nothing sweet nothing bitter just straight whiskey.

A bit spicy for a bourbon. Has a bite but is decent when making old fashioneds

I have never been a big fan of Jack Daniels whiskey but it’s always been a decent Coca-Cola mixer. I squeeze the lime into it. It tastes like the barrel it came out of which is like Oak. A little too much would taste for my liking but every once in a while, I will have some.
