Tastes

Slight citrus and sweet red fruit on the nose, caramel sweetness with a bit of chocolate and cinnamon taste, not overly sweet or cloying, with a smooth, almost oily mouthfeel

Biggest taste is of honey, with a bit of lemon as if drinking tea. Wood and smoke notes linger in the aftertaste. Sweet but well-balanced enough not to be cloying.

Starts off with a taste of burnt caramel, not too sweet but balanced. Gives way to pecans/walnuts, with a peppery but smooth finish.
