Tastes

This might just be my new favorite! Perfectly smooth and sweet with chocolate, cinnamon, and vanilla on the nose and palate (almost reminiscent of Mexican hot chocolate). Absolutely worth the price and excited this one is being added to the four roses permanent rotation!

Nose: oak, spice (cinnamon), vanilla, cigar Taste: spiced nuts (like the candied ones you get at the fair), oak, tobacco, some caramel once it opens up Overall SO much better than its predecessor Old Ezra 7 101 proof, but definitely not a go-to bourbon for me. Also pretty smooth for barrel strength!

Nose: dusty old wooden bookcase (weird I know lol), smells like a less sweet Jack Daniels on first smell Taste: salty, slight citrus, not very complex, not sweet, pretty thin, more burn than I would like... Not a fan of this one neat (better on ice). Would probably be decent in a mixed drink!

Reminds me of an ice cream sundae with vanilla, butterscotch, cherry, and caramel on both the nose and taste. Smooth and sweet with just enough oak - one of my favorites in my collection.

Nice sweet nose, but tastes like grass and plants (more bitter than sweet to me). Good in cocktails, not a fan of it neat.
