I love Bruichladdich. I love rum. But this, I love not. Unbalanced, hot spice, lack of the Laddie sweetness. Don't waste your $$$$.

Surprisingly close to the Laddie Ten in likeability, with a zestier lemony nose and punchier mouthful. Great with a cube of ice.

Rather ambivalent about this. Somehow, my nose has been programmed to detect peat smoke/baby vomit whenever I see the baby blue bottle. But they were totally non-existent. Not my top choice when in the mood for a Laddie, but very nicely balanced.

For price to quality ratio - it is perfect. Regrettably did not score more bottles when it was widely available. The perfect 'Islay-lite' for me.

Ooooohhh!! Spellbound - by both the taste and the price! But worth every penny. Floral/wine notes were a tad strong, the smoky sweetness agreed with me.

A friend recommended a dram. It stopped at just a dram to this day. Uneventful spicy floral lightweight. Great for summers I fathom.
