Light on the nose with hints of flowers ??? Med dark coloring Neat: bit of spice very little smoke hint of cherry On the rocks: smoother , opens up a bit more with more flavour.

Nose of floral Dark color Neat: Taste of cherry and smooth after taste On the rocks: smooth out but I think detracts in this case. Wonderful to drink based on price point

Nose heavy in sweetness and turpentine Med dark color Neat: Taste is a bit metallic with a lingering after taste, feels more like a chore then an enjoyment. On the rocks: smooths out a bit , but at this point I have lost interest ....

Noses of spice and everything nice Med dark color Neat: sharp spice on first tasting with a nice warming of the mouth during after taste. On the Rocks: opens up nicely, reducing the sharpness adding a lovely after taste without "watering down" Not peaty and good example of a highland scotch.

Does not have much of a nose .... do I have cold I don't know about ?? Nice dark color Fairly smooth neat, with smooth after taste Very easy to drink, and on the rocks makes it a good starter whiskey for children ( kidding!!) Very easy to drink ..... but does not excite me about whiskey. Might have to try again
