First opened the bottle and it tasted youthful and grainy with honey overtones. Two weeks later, wow did this change. All the grain and youthfulness was gone. On tap was berries, honey, caramel and spices on the finish. Wasn't impressed at first but damn did air open this one up.

Vanilla, sherry nuts and baking spices on the nose. Palate is more of the same. Finish is long and warm with some chocolate and oak spice. Worth $200? No way. At $100 it would've been amazing, but just expected more at the price point.

Apricots, apples caramel and honey are on the palate. Rye spice and more fruit on the finish. This is a 6 years, 1 month barrel pick by Bayway Liquors, Elizabeth, NJ.

Light cherry to start then the vanilla, caramel, and oak kick in. Finishes with spice and leather. The finish is longer than expected with the cherry coming back at the end.

It's ok. Pretty much one-dimensional. Sweet is the flavor til a little spice on the finish. Would be better if it was in the $30 range

Sweet honey and caramel apples. It's good for the price but definitely not with what some places charge.

Adelphia Single Barrell pick Great pick. None of the usual fruit notes though. Heavy caramel and toffee sweetness. Finishes with leather and tobacco. Maybe an older barrell?

Nose: Orange zest, cinnamon, leather and a little vanilla. Palate: More cinnamon with dark fruits, tobacco and leather Finish: Long leathery, oaky spice. Hangs a while but it never over bearing. My bottle is aged 7 years, 9 months and 138.1 proof. Let it sit for a while and the ethanol comes off the nose. Best $100 bourbon I've ever bought.

Nose: peanuts, peanuts and more peanuts. Then chocolate and cinnamon. Palate: Honey roasted peanuts covered in chocolate turns to heat and vanilla and then cinnamon candy. Coats well. Finish: chocolate and cinnamon. Not as long as expected considering the 126.4 proof.

Smooth with a longer finish than expected.
