Smells like straight alcohol. Tastes a little better though.

Quality pour but a little sweet for my taste

This is a wonderful full-bodied bourbon. The very vanilla notes and smooth taste combine with a nice but not harsh bite in the end. I’m late to discovering Breckinridge but theirs is some of the best bourbon with best varieties on the market.

I’m giving it a 3.5 not because it is that good but because anything I taste below that is an indication that I shouldn’t try it again. However I would drink this again. This bourbon is good for what it is a drinkable low end bourbon good over ice not neat which is how I typically prefer my bourbon. I think it is balanced and put it in the same league as four roses and about 25percent less.
