Speyside sample at the Scotch Whisky Experience. Perfect for Rosh HaShanah. Apple in the nose and lots of honey on the finish.

Note: this was the Glenturret 2002 (not the 10 yr) Part of the flight at Royal Mcgregor. Something in the nose told me that I wouldn't love this one. Thought it was solid up until the finish. Which was overly sweet.

Part of the flight at Royal Mcgregor. Based on the flavor profile I am surprised how much I like it. Many layers. Haven't really tastes anything that unfolds like this through a sip.
