Tastes

Fragrant nose. Tobacco hints. Taste is creamy and sweet finish after 20 minutes or so to breathe. I’m kinda getting the hang of this glencairn tasting. Sweet rye .

4/18/20 immediate sweet aroma. Along With rocky patel freedom, 6$ cigar. Medium body smoke. First dram taste okay. Some sweetness. Round two: not getting sweet finish but maybe some caramel up front . Not getting it today.

4/17/22 Warehouse WN (hard to read); Barrel 37.2Q Long legs.nothing particular on the nose. Immediate rich sweetness on first sip. Some heat at 113 proof but hardly noticeable. Very rich Unique taste!

4/16/20 tasting after 20 min airing swirling in glencairn . difficult to get nose aromatics but after many tries got some notes of caramel vanilla , & sweetness. First sips provided more pronounced sweetness than the 1783. 1 pour down & 1 to go. orange notes sweetness with sips

Let breathe in the glencairn about 10-15 mins. Took a dozen breaths to see if I could taste any aroma, and I did get some vanilla notes. Half dozen sips and I enjoyed the taste with a little sweet and I wanna say nutty flavor when swallowing with a few long exhales through the nose.👍

Mostly like to sip on big ice, but neat I had some notes of cinnamon and orange-peach with just very little chewing. Yup.

A sweet peach finish when poured over a large ice ball. Great tasting bourbon

A good pour over a large ice ball in a rocks glass and honestly finished each sip tasting pear—no make that peaches. Delicious!.

Not disappointed with the finish. A little sweetness, but full richness
