Tastes

Neck pour: Bubble gum and fruit on the nose. A little bit of mustiness, banana and No. 2 pencil eraser. Tastes of caramelized banana and mild leather. Sweet finish with vanilla notes. Mild burn, but appropriate for proof point.

Neck pour was initially musty, but became more honey-like after breathing a few minutes. Flavor was sweet with notes of honey and Jiffy cornbread dollwed by a nutty finish. A little bit of a burn, but not unpleasant. Paid $70 for the bottle amd will probably buy agian at the same price point.

Extremely young tasting. Harsh oak.
