Tastes

Nose - maple syrup, vanilla, chocolate notes, with a hint of oaky spice. Also some toast/cereal grain. Got better and better as it opened up in the glass. Taste - Everything promised on the nose comes through on the palate. Definitely on the sweeter side, but there's enough going on to keep it from being one-note. Vanilla and oak continue on the somewhat short finish.

Nose - caramel, vanilla, and tobacco Taste - some oak and spice up front, followed by a creamy vanilla finish as the warmth spreads, while the spice still lingers.

Cherry and maple syrup, and vanilla on the nose. Taste is spicy up front, but complimented by the sweetness, with some fruit coming through on the finish (also some heat).
