Nose: Vanilla, oak Palate: Vanilla, caramel, typical bourbon taste profile Finish: Brown sugar, vanilla. Lingering moderate alcohol burn. Moderate finish.

Nose: Very floral, lots of toffee and cheese cake. Palate: Hit with many levels of sweet and floral flavors. Tons of toffee. A little lingering maltiness. Even with cask strength, the ethanol bite is very low. Finish: Moderate finish. Cheese cake on the very end of the finish.
