Green apple vanilla on the nose with oak coming in as it opens up. Oily and full, spice and vanilla on the taste.

Nose I get vanilla and ethanol. Long finish, a little vanilla up front and then the finish is all red hots and rye spice.

Nose is floral, maybe some cotton candy or something. Not as much oak as I was expecting in nose or taste. Just a blast of flavor from the front to back or your mouth. Char, rye spice, burnt caramel. Lots of lacing.

4.6 oak at first on the nose and then some caramel and candy as it opens up. A little oily, mineral and oak on the tongue. Pretty solid, would drink again.

Nose is all pear and a little bit of green apple. Oak starts to creep in as it opens up. 4.75 on the nose, it’s great. Flavorwise it’s a little more muddled. A decent amount of alcohol burn on the tongue. 3.75 on the taste.
