Smooth and sweet with a cinnamon finish.

Great value and a great starter. It's versatile and can be enjoyed straight. Sure, there's not as much depth as something more high dollar or longer aged, but for the price, but you can't do much better. Light on the nose, but has good flavor and some complexity. Plantation is consistent and reliable.

A little cloying, definitely along the fruity vibe. Didn't enjoy it in a traditional daiquiri. Too much with the added lime. There's a place for it, but I'm still looking for looking for that best fit.

A little overly sweet, maybe. Strong notes of vanilla. Great for beach drinks and good with cola, but not my choice for tiki and traditional cocktails
