Banana bread. Lots of soft clove and pretty elegant light spice on the nose and taste, but very rich flavor throughout, and super sippable on and on and on. Really impressed with how this whiskey turned out. Cedar Ridge and slip knot nailed it!

Very sweet candy corn with a toasty aroma on the nose. Even sweeter on the taste. Very short crisp finish, but it’s like drinking corn soda, very sweet corn soda. I’m here for it.

The first ever Texas bourbon I bought. Great corn based whiskey with lots of vibrant sweet corn, finishing with a calm but present warming heat.

This one is definitely a fighter. It’s aroma is a lot of maple syrup, French toast, almost light cinnamon luring you in to a very sexy smell... then it goes down. Mahogany, cedar, and sweet wood and grain notes... that slowly and seductively turns into.... HEAT. Very hot on the finish and aftertaste, and it lingers. The aroma, taste, mouthfeel, and finish are all superb in my opinion, it just puts a branding iron on your tongue while it’s kissing and loving you.

Good aromas of honey, fruit, slight caramel. Lots of butterscotch and slight heat with spice on the finish. Great refinement for a 90 proof entry level bottle. Found it on clearance at a local shop and figured I’d take a shop. Incredibly glad I did!
