Tastes

Sweet, vanilla, caramel nose. Sweet fruit, apple, honey, oak, cinnamon with good heat on the finish.

This on is sazerac. Vanilla, caramel, fruit, ethanol and faint smoke on nose - a little like Dr Pepper. Vanilla, medium char, citrus and some heat for the 100 proof, very dry and moderately hot finish with smoky aftertaste. Great bourbon for under $25

Sweet oaky like small batch EHT with a hot finish. Not as good as Stag jr or WFP to me.

Sweet wheat, fruit, honey on nose. Palate is rich fruit, honey, baking spices, oak and pepper. Really good by not sure about secondary prices.

Nose is fantastic. Salted caramel, toffee, toasted wood. Palate is similar with heavier toast and some baking spices. I really liked this.

Good classic bourbon and similar to blantons IMO. Fruit, vanilla, oak on nose. Palate is fruity, caramel, light char, mild spice. Good overall but not worth secondary prices.

Light oak, vanilla, honey, brown sugar, mild char with baking spices and pepper. Good value overall.
