Nose: smoky meats, bacon bits, a bit hot, singes the nose like you're just a little too close to the campfire. Cinnamon and cloves. Chemical odor, like a bandaid or pen ink. Palate: quite sweet for much longer than the Wee Beastie, vanilla and white sugar. Replaced by black pepper. Finish: ends black peppery, and salty aftertaste without much sweetness

Reviewed November 21, 2020 (edited December 11, 2020)Nose: Predominantly smoked meats and bacon bits. Cinnamon (after it opens up), hints of cloves, and perhaps a bit of nutmeg Palate: Sugary sweet and vanilla, quickly disappears into black pepper, and ends hot Finish: Black pepper and hot, aftertaste remains spicy, but with sea salt and a bit of sweetness leftover
