A perfect everyday bourbon that can hold it's own against any moderately priced brand. I mean, the label alone is worth $10, great design!

First sip: dry as a desert. Like attending a seminar on the history of Rye bread given by Ben Stien in a dry sauna, New Riff Single Barrel Rye lowers your human water percentage from 70% to a dry 65% immediately. However, by the 3rd sip, notes of dark cherries appear like a palette oasis. Add ice!

Not a huge bandwagon fan, but HOLY SHIT THE LEDGENDS ARE TRUE! We own a bottle, and freely taste from that bottle occassionally, and sometimes pour it on the rocks, sit out in the backyard and admire our modest South Kansas City, Missouri property, and daydream about other mountains to summit.
