Poured neat because I seem to have lost all self respect. Smell is reminiscent of butterscotch, coconut sun screen, and imminent regret. Taste is surprisingly sweet with whisps of wood smoke that quickly fades to heavily charred brussel sprouts before it is fully passed the teeth. Flavor and enjoyment would easily triple with a little splash of coke and a whole lot of cola.

Poured neat. Fruitiness and flowery on the nose with a distinct note of brown sugar. Flavor is a quick, complex eruption of spice, sweet, and smoke that quicky fades as it moves to the back of the tongue, leaving a slightly metallic aftertaste with a faint tingle in the back of the throat. A few drops of water lightens the floral notes, softens the initial punch of the taste, and allows a wood and slightly leathery flavor to surface and linger. Would pair well with a cigar. Note to my future self, I did not enjoy as much on the rocks as the flavors were overly softened.

Poured neat. Initially notes of wood smoke, apple, and Sharpie. After resting for a few minutes, notes of brown sugar/caramel became more dominate, with a faint fruitiness. Taste reminded of warm apple pie with fruit and brown sugar notes carrying over, and the woody smell translated to a taste of a buttery pie crust. Going down of wasn't overly harsh, slight numbness on the tongue with light burn in throat that dissipated after a short time. Very enjoyable, especially for a newbie like myself.26.99 USD per Bottle
