    I'm sorta Aussie/Italian so Barolo + Whisky must be good right? Well yeah it's good but needs a few drops of water. 2 bag it with a Cuban cigar and a Springbank 15 and be happy.

    I've started buying this lately, maybe my 5th bottle and I'm using it as my aperitif or gateway whisky before moving on to richer, stronger stuff. It's got some great flavours and a surprising amount of smoke at times but for $99 locally it's expensive vs some single malts. Still like it though.

    We get the 40% version in AUS The extra 3% would probably help this a lot but it’s not bad value regardless. Pleasant to drink but very short finish.

    Tasted this in a bar in Melbourne (Whisky and Alement) I loved it so much I ordered 2 bottles in the cab heading to dinner... Drinking it now back at home it's still great but I'm struggling without a splash of water. Maybe I'm getting old...

    Very nice with a touch of water, quite strong and bitter otherwise. I still prefer the Springbank 15

    Just buy it, it's fantastic. 2 Bagging it with Bowmore 18 and goes perfectly well together.

    It’s good, not great. After a few try’s you start to taste the subtle flavours. We pay $179 for it over here and I’d say that’s a silly price. I wouldn’t marry it but I wouldn’t kick it out of bed either!
