Pretty sweet and smooth but more like a highland scotch than a bourbon. Really light flavors and looked young.

The closest Scotch I have tasted to a bourbon. Vanilla and chocolate on top of all the smokiness from Islay

Some strong work improving on the normal Bulleit, it curbed some of the heat and added some significant depth to the flavor.

A solid choice for a higher proof/older age bourbon, but didn't knock my socks off with any great undertones. Would suggest an ice cube or two to bring out some vanilla.
