Tastes

Surprisingly good. It's certainly a little harsher and botanical than the floral gins that are popular these days. Plenty of juniper, slight citrus. Quite smooth on the finish the lends an elegance.

Pleasant stone fruit and blossoms. Definitely a floral interpretation of gin, though the alcohol itself is a little hot and not perfectly smooth.

Very piney. Not overwhelming, but harder to use for mixed drinks.
