Tastes

Banana pudding, Oak/smoke, oil/butter, vanilla and cinnamon. Heat and spice comes in the middle, then the long finish is sweet and floral. Butter and strawberries. More like a scotch than an American bourbon. Lighter bodied but not weak. Clean but not too simple. Honey, whipped cream and mandarin orange emerge as the mouth nerves dull from the alcohol. Smooth and easy to sip. Agreeable and not overly feisty.
