Peat on the nose, sweet and smoke on the palate, pepper finish. Wonderful.

Dominant pear flavor with caramel and a very light touch of peat smoke. The peat is integrated extremely well and the resulting light fruit/peat/caramel profile is highly enjoyable. The lack of availability makes it far more expensive than it is worth, but it is very nice if you can get it for a fair price, or wait a decade for production to catch up and the price to be reasonable again.
