Smoky oak and maple syrup on the nose. Well balanced on the palette between sweet and spice. Some light cherry comes through after a while. Some of the sweetness and spice linger, but overall a thin mouthfeel and finish. Overall, a good and basic bourbon. Great entry into the craft bourbon market from Redwood.

On the nose it starts with chocolate and buttered popcorn. Diving deeper hints at dark, tart fruit and cherry with notes of oak that start to trickle in at the end. The first sip presents you with dark chocolate, leather, and brown sugar. The tastes goes between sweet sugar and cherry then back to a bittersweet chocolate. You are left with a great experience that has you sipping and searching for what the next taste has in store.

Sweet caramel and toffee on the nose. Subtle hint of oak. Palate is sweet and spicy with more caramel followed by age leather. Lingering on after a few sips is a light taste of vanilla. Medium finish that lingers with more vanilla, leather and some oak.

Nose like a light bourbon with sweet oak. Slight spice and soft fruit on the palate. Finish has a slight shortbread biscuit flavor.

Light nose, some ethynal Pepper spice Slow warm at end
