Has a bite to the front end, hard to pick out a bunch of flavors. But vanilla separate from almond around the edges

Musty fruits nose at first then moves into the shortbread notes. Palette starts sort of ginger spicy then transitions quickly through a flash of green apple to that deep, buttery shortbread smooth flavor

Very apparent nose, with musty (in a good way) ripe fruits. Great nose. On the pallette, spicy beginning which rounds out to similar but not the same musty fruits. The peat is under the spice

They give you the right notes: honey sweet beginning, transitioning to mild fruited middle, and then goes on to a spicy finnish which flows back into the honey flavors (not so much the sweetness) which linger

Dan's current favorite. Very balanced. Dangerously balanced

Musty caramel nose. Very hot peppery on the front end but lasts a long time with a bunch of layers. Mellows into dark fruits
