There was so much going on here...not terrible but not good enough to buy a bottle and try it out

If this were 80 proof I’d give it a 3.75. The fact that it’s a 124, I can appreciate how some complexities are still there. Given the finishing, I feel it would’ve been better with a lower abv, but it’s a solid supper

A poor man’s Johnnie Blue as a single malt. Very smooth!

It’s a great drink, don’t get me wrong. But for an 18, I want a little more smooth and a little less bite. It’s only a hair better than Mac 12 and it should be head and shoulders above
