Tastes

At first all I could smell or taste was smoke. But after going through a few bottles I can finally appreciate it more. A lot of smoke and alcohol on the nose, with cereal, candied fruits, and a bit of orange zest coming through. On the tongue I am getting mostly salted caramel, with some lighter fruitier undertones and a bit of spice. A grassy peaty note comes with the finish. Quite nice for the price, I will always keep a bottle around for a peated selection...so long as I can keep getting it for $30 a bottle.
