Not a mezcal expert but on the nose it's grassy, smokey, and a little fruity. Burst of sweetness when it hits the palate. Long flavor evolution that ends on something of a bitter mineral flavor.

Tried in a 50ml miniature. Sweet peanut and salty prezels, somewhat saccharine. Maybe not best sipped neat but a reasonable dessert, especially if you are craving peanut butter.
