Larceny Small Batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed February 23, 2018 (edited June 15, 2020)Sweet. Vanilla. Nice finish with a tiny hint of spice lingering. Fairly rich; not thin, but not rare breed rich, either. This is a GREAT value for the price. My only critiques are that it's not very complex, and it's a little one dimensional in the sense that the sweetness dominates. Being a wheater, not shocking. I just prefer a little heavier, richer profile with the elusive perfectly spiced finish that lingers. I'll still happily sip this neat, but I wouldn't make this an all day session bottle. Still has a place in my cabinet, though.28.0 USD per Bottle -

Jefferson's Very Small Batch Bourbon
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed February 23, 2018 (edited February 25, 2018)It is pleasant. Very light, not very complex. My standards are Elijah, Bulleit, Eagle Rare, Makers, and Knob Creek. When you can get Buffalo Trace and Larceny for less than this, it's hard to justify even considering this. -
