Glad I tried a corn whiskey, but there’s a reason corn is usually only ~part~ of the mashbill. Fairly bland and kinda watery, which makes the presence of the alcohol more unpleasant. Would highly recommend for the reference point, but that’s about all

Binny’s single barrel. Strong, but open up with a little water. Nice balance of caramel and vanilla. Hefty wood with some pepper

VERY good. Caramel, vanilla, and just a touch of fruit from that sherry cask finish

Solid, at a very accessible price point
