Pas de sensation exceptionnelle. Il a une première saveur douce et vanillée mais l'alcool vient prendre le dessus et gache le plaisir. A associer avec un chorizo fort pour prolonger la saveur vanillée.

Strong apples on the nose, with some honey and a bit of ethanol. Honey and cereal on the palate. Decent finish. Sweet, with more spice than expected for 80 proof. Overall, pretty good if you want something simple, light, and sweet.

Limited bottlings, batch 2905. Yellow gold colour in the glass. Both aroma and taste are pretty sticky with sweetness of maple syrup, apricot jam, apple and honey. Fun drink if you like this style.
