Anita's Choice Six-Grain Bourbon

Very complex. Lots of baking spice and carmel. There is a good heat as well. The oils are very pronounced leaving a long lasting finish of carrmelized apple. This will be a staple in my collection.

Little burn on the back end, but taste of corn and rye on the pallet.

Young, interesting mouthfeel, taste and finish. Utilizes 6 grains in the mash bill. Needs a couple more years of aging

Anita’s poor choice. Unique flavor profile. Not sure what this aftertaste is but I wish it would go away. Also it’s technically not bourbon?
