Reviewed January 10, 2019 (edited March 3, 2019)Classic amaro, bitter citrus, herbal, and cola sweetness. Great in cocktails--use it instead of sweet vermouth in a Black Manhattan. Killer. If you have only one amaro for cocktails this is a good choice. -

Reviewed December 22, 2018 (edited March 3, 2019)One of my favourite liqueurs. Lovely on ice with an orange slice. Let sit and enjoy. Alternatively I’ve used it for a special old fashioned style drink. 2oz extra anejo tequila, 1oz Averna amaro, 3 dashes of bitters, burnt orange peel garnish and large spherical ice ball. Top notch!
