Marshmallow

The nose is a sweet apricot. Lots of cherry notes and oak on the palate for this one. The finish is a bit spicy, almost cinnamon and clove like, but a short lived finish at that. The overall palate and finish of this whiskey reminds me of a rustic spiced cherry pie. A solid choice to drink neat.

Strawberry banana sweetness, quite a spicy finish. A little too much ethanol burn, not very smooth but still yummy.
