Barrell Dovetail (124.16 Proof)

Definitely on the sweeter side, but the barrel aging hides the high octane on this one. Very smooth

Picked this up on Friday, glad I did! Really good pour! Cheers to everyone and hope you have an awesome 4th of July! Smells like apricot and fruity, with some char. A little spicy on the tongue, but after a sip, I immediately want another. Pick up a bottle!

If this were 80 proof I’d give it a 3.75. The fact that it’s a 124, I can appreciate how some complexities are still there. Given the finishing, I feel it would’ve been better with a lower abv, but it’s a solid supper
