Barrell Dovetail (124.7 Proof)

Complex fruity, spicy barnyard nose with a hint of rye and vanilla and lots of zing from the proof. Apricot and honey lead the way on the tongue, with oats and vanilla and caramel and barrel char. Plenty going on. Long spicy herbal finish.

I don’t think i can call this a Bourbon. It’s a nice whiskey with a serious alcohol burn. Nice flavors with a sweet finish that I’m attributing to sll those barrels with sweet spirits or wine. A sipper.

Expensive Worth it for the experience but not s second go around

sweet nose, sweet toasted chocolate dark fruit taste and a long finish. my first barrel bottle and definitely not my last!!

Smooth buttery taste with a peppery finish.
