Belle Meade Cask Strength Reserve Bourbon

I like this one. Nose is citrusy with some vanilla. Palate is vanilla with some some oak and smoky goodness. Finish is medium length with some more oak and a little leather.

Nose is sweet, vanilla, caramel, oak. Taste is a burst of sweet vanilla, baking chocolate, then turns into a long simmering burn, citrus, leather, pepper. My bottle was for 108.3 proof. Bourbon cube calms it down a bit. Nicely done bourbon!
