Smooth and Sweet, this Whiskey lacks oomph. You can really run a magnifing lens over what the Wheat Brings to the mashbill. Palate has Vanilla Pudding, almost like tapioca, and a faint honey note. The nose is well finished but ephemeral, hinting at what this could become with a little more time in the barrel. This is pleasant and delicate, yet could be more assertive. It is reminicent of an Irish Whiskey, in its light, unobtrusive profile.
