Rye forward with a warmth to it. Not as much burn as I would expect from 100 proof. Slightly bitter lingering taste that opens up to an oaky nutty taste.

Day No.2 Now this one is up my alley. The complexities from the vintage barreling gave this something to think about. The aroma starts things off with a mix of butterscotch, dried fruits, and lightly smoked wood. The flavor was all about the lovely marriage of these aromatic notes which gave birth to a spicy/sweet vanilla custard. The undertones of oak and leather rounded out the occasion and ended with a nice warm hug.

It has the nose of a sweet, aromatic apple with hints of rye. It's a mellow sip. Well balanced, sweet throughout, with a bit of spice in the background. It conjures the thought of a spiced caramel apple cocktail. A nice, lasting finish too. Great winter night dram.

First sniff has notes of sweet vanilla and smoky fig. First sip starts strong with a spicy smoky kick that melows out to a sweet caramel and vanilla notes with a bold oaky finish.

Flaviar Advent #2. Clear golden amber body with thin legging. Spicy vanilla toffee aroma. Sweet spicy vanilla caramel flavor. Medium light body moderate warming. 9/4/9/4/18 4.4

Bit peppery. Sweet and delicious. Complex flavors. More mouth feel. Smells of a vermouth.
