Oh man, I had high hopes for this bottle, and it did not disappoint. Deliciously sweet on the nose, followed by a nice punch and an extremely rewarding finish. Enjoyed it neat for the first few sips, even though it bit me, but a few drops of water (note: drops is all it needs, not one part water, one part booze) really opens it up. Notes of caramel, spices, and toffee stand out on my palate. This is one you drink slowly, and appreciatively. Hats off to Beam; this is a hell of an offering.
