Bowmore Black Rock

Slightly peaty with lots of caramel flavor. A little harsh on the throat thought.

Like black treacle: it’s rich, with a bite that mixes sweetness and smoke. Neat it’s like peaty nectar. On the rocks it is more sustainable and mellows.

Excellent with a mix of peated and iodine flavor. However, I will prefer the Laphroaig for the balance of the flavors and the iodine taste and I will for sure prefer a Lagavulin for the complexity and the overall sensation.

Bit of a strange one.
