Nose has notes of oak and maple. Tastes of spice and maple syrup with low sweetness. Rough burn.

Nose: oak, raw rye flour, black pepper, faint cherry. Palate: dry heavy oak, cherry jam, vanilla, fades to bitter coco. Rye spice throughout.
