Breckenridge Rum Cask Finish

Some sweet upfront but then gets very sharp. Batch 4.

Drinks more like a rum than bourbon. Very smooth and sweet

Very light sweet floral nose. Heavy, creamy mouth. Definitely taste the rum finish, along with a bit of spice, cloves. Very nice pour… especially for a cold winter evening.

On the nose it is very sweet. Coconut rum and vanilla. Those notes don’t come through much on the taste but it is still a relatively clean drink. A touch of pepper if you let it linger
