Bulleit Bourbon Single Barrel

Totally surprised me how much I liked this bourbon. Well balanced high rye, with sweet oak notes shining through. Harry’s store pick 104 proof. Don’t sit on a store pick of this without trying. Sat on my shelf 6 months before I opened, store now sold out. Dumbass me.

Tasted all the different yeast strains and Strain E was my favorite: leather, floral and some light dark fruit. Try all five types the neck tag has the strain or barrel name

Gotta say I enjoyed this single barrel. Purchased from a Harry’s Liquers in a multi pack to get a E H Taylor for $55 bucks . It’s a buy now delicious mid grade bourbon.
