Bulleit Bourbon

I have had my doubts over the years about this one but last night I tried it over ice and have come to see the light. The rye spice is still strong but in better balance with the muted corn, vanilla and light sweetness. I could see keeping this around for a nice mixing whiskey with good potential. But it will not be a sipper in stock at my house.
