Nose: sweet, fruity, honey, dried banana. Peach but faded very fast. Bushmills signature apple/pear notes. More bourbon influence than sherry.
More mature aroma then original & black.
Palate: Irish character, light bitterness/tannin, toffee.
Better with a splash of water, sweet and easy going. Water really smoother the sharpness and bitterness.
For less sharpness let it sit for 15 min in a glass.
Finish: light fruits, strong black tea, pleasant and short.
I'll still pick Black Bush over 10 years... Or 1.5 bottles of regular one)
Not bad in general, nothing specificly significant. Still feels young.
I don't see myself buying it again
