Light and sweet with a little alcohol bite to finish.

Nose: vanilla, cherries, cereals and apple. Taste: creamy cereal, oak and apple. Finish: the creaminess lingers with a hint of cherries and oak. no burn at all. The creaminess on the finish stands out the most to me on this bottle.

With the best named Irish whiskey in the world what can I possible add? The jokes wrote themselves and also inspires an uneasy ravenous desire drawn up from my caveman roots probably and I’d rather not discuss that but yeah it’s pleasant and easy to drink and I can’t continue on like this, just buy it and try it. It’s inexpensive and better than black bu- umm label.

Mmm! Strong, a harsh but pleasant start which melts as it lingers. First non-flavoured whiskey in a while!
