Chivas Regal Extra

Spicy, with a little more punch than the classic 12. A good low budget option, not memorable but adequate.

Smoke and spice.

Very smooth and easy to drink. Nose is deliciously sweet of vanilla and caramel. Tongue, nice and easy of fruit, side of mouth have the spice of ginger but not a lot.

Nose: pretty good, sweet fruits, honey, chocolate Palate and finish: quite disappointing after a good start, simple and short

This is a while lot better then regular Chivas Regal 12, though it still isn't very good. The flavor is richer and more fun, but no tremendous amount of depth develops here.
