Colonel E.H. Taylor, Jr. Single Barrel Bourbon

It's a soft warm baking caramel nose with a sharp note of caramel, vanilla and hot orange on the taste. Long charred barrel finish.

Rich but not hot, lots of wood notes with some honey/caramel in the middle. Long profile which finishes sweeter. Similar flavors as iw Harper 15, but with more sweetness.

Nose: Sweet. Classic caramel and vanilla notes. Strong notes of honey or syrup. Palate: Sweet. Caramel and vanilla. Some spice on the end. Medium finish continues with the classic caramel and vanilla pattern. Very smooth and sweet. Not the most complex but very enjoyable. I think it's worth the MSRP if you can find it. Not too sure it's worth the second market price.
